We've made the decision to be a private pay (out-of-network) practice— That just means we've opted not to accept insurance directly and you are responsible to pay your rate at the time of services. This choice allows us to focus on providing you with the most customized and attentive care possible. While we operate independently from direct insurance billing, we've got you covered by providing a detailed superbill. This document allows you to seek reimbursement for therapy services, should your policy cover them. Simply submit the superbill to your insurance provider and they will handle the reimbursement directly to you. *It's important to note that a formal diagnosis must be present for your insurance company to consider reimbursement.

Don’t worry if you don’t understand how this process works, we are happy to help explain the steps!

Individual Therapy

Our person-centered approach is designed to empower you to unravel the complexities of your identity, understand your roots, and chart a course for your future. In our individual therapy sessions, the focus is solely on you, providing a safe space for introspection, understanding, and growth. While we are not family therapists, we offer family therapy sessions as an additional support service. In our family therapy sessions, we encourage mutual understanding, empathy, and collective healing. We strive to help families connect with their shared history, resolve conflicts, and work towards a harmonious and supportive future. So, whether you're seeking to explore your individual path independently or wanting to include family sessions to strengthen the bonds and have a safe space to work through challenges, our approach is centered around your unique journey.

Parent Consultation

What is parent consultation and who is it for?

Parent consultation sessions are designed to provide support to parents and/or caregivers as they navigate the challenges related to raising differently wired children and/or children in unique family situations. Parents and caregivers often seek parent consultation support services for an array of reasons. Parent consultation is often considered when there are barriers to their children being in therapy and/or their child is in therapy with a provider that does not offer parent support sessions. Additional reasons may include the child’s age and being too young/not ready or willing to attend therapy, challenges with consent for treatment from a co-parent or wanting to gain skills and knowledge to better support their anxious, angry or neurodivergent children.

As part of our parent/caregiver consultations, we dive into the realms of both mental health and education, offering insights and strategies that go beyond traditional norms. We address the pressing issues that modern-day children encounter and work to uncover innovative ways to support their growth and well-being. We utilize evidence based practices including SPACE, Collaborative Proactive Solutions and harm reduction in our parent consultation sessions.

Out of State Access

We understand that parent consultation sessions being ineligible for reimbursement through insurance is a bummer. However, this means we are able to provide parent consultation to anyone, anywhere!
